What does collector mean in this term?

in pennsylvainia, only collectors are allowed to own switchblades. what does this mean? like am i a collector if i say i want to collect them? or do i have to get some sort of license?

Ok so when me and my boyfriend started going out everything went amazing.. Then summer started and everything is going horrible..we fight most of the times i know he has anger issues and doesnt know how to control it even thoe he is trying... But i feel like a puppet in the relationship i cant say anything bcuz it gets him mad and i dont want to get him mad because i love him so much... Also i spent alLot of timw with his family but he doesnt spent really any timw with mine. We are in the process of getting engaged but am scared that everything is going to go wrong.. He is a couple of mOnths younger than me but way more imature but i really lOve him and i know he loves me so please help me please i know its lOng but i need help

I think it would be awesome to be in a movie as an extra I've scene sights that say give us your name address ect. but is there a sight that allows u to be more specific, for instants like I'm so an so I'm from this state I would like to be in this type of movie as an extra I'd prefer not doing these kind of things and could I possibly have a hotel paid for. Is there such a thing like that? I know I'm asking for allot Haha but if someone could please help me out I would be grateful!!! :-D

Are my legs getting fat or muscular?

see im 15 weigh 89lbs im 4'10 1/2 and my period just ended june 21st i dont know if im still retaining water but my inner thighs seems bigger, my inner thigh measures at 19 and my lower leg measures at 13 is that fat or skinny? My inner thigh does not jiggle if i try to make it jiggle it doesnt but feels heavy what is that?

I have been looking for a nice switchblade for some time now and found this one online. For those that have seen or own the sparky 6, how does it compare to other switchblades? How is the spring tension compared to others? Any recommendations? ( I dont want to spend an excess of $30 ).
