Are switchblades still illegal in alaska?

while trying to find out the legality of automatic and/or gravity knives I noticed that every place that cited an actual law for alaska was citing old information. several years back the carry/conceal laws were pretty much removed. also... even before then, and even though the cited laws specifically mention gravity knives (aka butterfly knives) you could buy them in any mall... if they are illegal to possess, sell or transfer then why are they sold in the malls?
