I have been wiping blood from my bumhole for the past month! Its not allot of blood...?

But it sometimes get more than usual, I dont get pain when i poo but when i feel my poo coming out of my bumhole i feel like my poo is scratching the inside of my bumhole? Is this something really serious or just something that should go away...I would like to prevent going to the doctors if possible as i really just want this 2 go away but if i have 2 go to the doctors i will :/ Thanks!
