Can Military Members carry Switch blades or Auto Knives on them? (see below)?

If I read this correctly, you probably can't legally possess it. I think the key phrase is "acting in the performance of his or her duty." I'm assuming you aren't going use/carry it only when on duty. If you are, I think you are fine. However, just being a reservist is not enough if you will have it on you while not performing military service.
