I need help to fix my car, help please!?

I have a 2002 SL1 series SATURN. When I insert the key into the ignition, the key will not turn to start the car. At this point, my steering wheel is locked so there's not much room I can move the steering wheel except to the right and back. I have already tried jiggling the key around in the ignition but it doesn't work. I am going to the dealership tomorrow to try and get another key just to check if it's the key or not. Anyone have any idea on how I can fix this on my own. And if I must take my car to the dealership, any range of how much it will cost. Thank you so much for you help!
