Are switchblades legal to own in nevada?

It is illegal to carry a concealed switchblade anywhere in Nevada. It is illegal to carry it on school grounds, whether concealed or not. it is illegal to "keep" a switchblade with a blade exceeding 2 inches anywhere in the state. Whether "keep" means the same as own is unclear, but it certainly would apply to possession.
