2000 chevy blazer popping noise?

it pops when shifting from park to reverse or drive or nuetral to reverse or drive. also its got another pop when turning right and hitting bumps. this all happened recently as in within the last week or two. also there is an electrical problem and out of nowhere it won't start like if the battery was disconnected and you have to jiggle the wire. i'm a mechanic in training and this has me stumped. somebody please help me!!!
