How to lose the last little bit of thigh jiggle?

I've been dieting and exerciseing for a while now to get ready for summer, but my legs still have a little bit of jiggle. They're naturally big since I play soccer and it's in my genetics, but I want to show that they're not fat. So are there any suggestions for gettin rid of this little excess fat layer? Preferably rapid results, but anything helps. Thanks!(:
