Is the coldsteel Ti-Lite knife legal?

I was looking at coldsteel.com and I came across the Ti-Lite knives..and I would really like to get one..it says on the site that they are street legal..but Im not convinced as there is no reason why they would be legal since they are similar to switchblades..anyone care to explain?
