Sharp pain in right rib cage under arm, hurts to cough, sneeze, breath deeply or move to much = (?

I went camping, not that i think it has to much connection but the morning after arriving i woke up feeling sharp pains in my right rib cage under my breast bone and allot of pain in the ribs under my arm... coughing, sneezing or breathing to deeply hurt ALLOT fought back tears! 4 days later no change. I also have asthma, im wondering what the heck could be wrong. Scared.
