Will I lose weight by doing this diet-plan? Read inside! Need to lose 10 pounds in a month!?

Never eat less than 1200 calories a day and that's only if you getting absolutely no exercise. You yourself should probably be eating about 1400-1600 calories a day if you want to lose weight. I know you think you're beating the system if you're eating less but you're just going to be screwing yourself over because you're slowing down your metabolism and making it more likely that you'll binge. Also I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but for someone your size, 10 lbs in a month is not a realistic goal, even if you meet it it will probably be a lot of water weight lost and not actual fat. Try to aim for 1-2 lbs a week which for someone not overweight is already a lot, and it's a lot more likely that the weight will stay off and come off consistently.
