Try jogging on the spot for 60seconds, then do push-ups, sit-ups, jacks ect. for 30seconds and so on. Do this for about 45mins a day. I suggest you get a fitness dvd from amazon or something with good reviews as it will motivate you more. Eat meats like chicken(no skin), salmon, steak ect. with nice vegetables :) Boil or steam cooked would be best. DONT starve yourself. If you do that, your body will try to turn everything to fat that you do eat.
