Good Shampoo and Conditioner?

I have very Damaged hair from bleaching it for years!! it pretty much breaks off at the same point and wont grow very long i have chopped it off twice but once it gets to my neck it just stops and the back part of my head is the worse only grows a couple inches. I do have thin hair but its wavy. So I am looking for a good shampoo and conditioner, Id like to get it decently priced I don't want to spend an arm in a leg but if its reallllly good I may justify it. so what is the best shampoo and conditioner for my hair?? iv tried allot! and i have tried leave in conditioner but it leaves my hair greasy feeling.. any Information would be appreciated thanks!!
