I have small boobs (this is a serious question)?

I have small boobs yet they jiggle A LOT, and it hurts when they do. I rarely ever jump, cause it hurts them. (this all occurs when i have no bra on, which is most the day, because when i get home from school i take my bra off) I wear A34. Its like they jiggle like crazy when i jump, run, or any other fast movement. and my boobs are not saggy... very much perky LOL
