I wanna order a automatic knife but....?

i live in wisconsin where it is illigal to carry or own a spring assisted or automatic knife(switchblade) but my friend said he would order me one online as long as i pay him(he also lives in wisconsin). would we get busted if we ordered one online, or would we only get busted if my car got searched and it was found or something to that matter.
