My foot is swollen from a bug bite?

I was doing some yard work for my community service two days ago and I got bit on my ankle so it was swollen there. Then today most of my foot is swollen and it sort of jiggles I guess inside (I can feel it and it feels weird) whenever I walk. It doesn't itch and it isn't majorly red or anything. It's just swollen. I'm going to have Benedyrl but what else can I do to make it go down?
