Switchblade Stiletto knives in Texas legal?

I live in Texas, and I want to order an Italian Stiletto knife, but I heard their illegal everywhere in the US, then except California, then this place, that place, so what about Texas? I also hear its legal, so long as you keep it in your home or something. And also as long as its under 8 inches or something as well. Anybody know?
